Laminate floor production process

Laminate flooring is characterized by strong wear resistance, neat surface pattern, uniform color, and save wood resources. The production process of laminate flooring is as follows:

1. Pressing:

Adopt low-pressure short-cycle process to process four kinds of materials: wear-resistant paper, decorative paper, high-density board, and balance paper. The general hot-pressing temperature is about 195℃, the surface pressure is about 3.6mpa, and the hot-pressing time is 30-40 seconds. , The specific parameters can be adjusted according to the different products produced.


2. One-time regimen:

Cool the hot press board before stacking, and then keep it healthy for 1-3 days after stacking, so that the temperature of the board is lowered to the ambient temperature, and the ideal temperature is about 30°C and not more than 45°C.


3. Cutting board:

During the production of laminate flooring, a processing allowance of 10-11mm is added according to the length and width specifications of the finished floor, and a single support floor strip is cut according to this size. The small plates with good materials should be hollow coded, and the edges of each mulberry small plate are aligned up and down in a straight line, so as to quickly release the internal stress caused by hot pressing.

4. Secondary maintenance:

The cut floor slats should be maintained for more than 7 days to release the internal stress of the floor slab and reduce the deformation of the floor slab. In order to improve the health effect, the side cores can be separated.


5. Tenoning:

Process surface dimensions, chamfers, and tongue grooves according to the specifications of the finished product.


6. Transmission:

The chamfered part around the floor is transferred to make the floor more beautiful and reduce the water swelling rate and the release of formaldehyde.


7. Sealing wax:

The grooves around the floor are sealed with wax, and the long and short sides of the floor are completely sealed with liquid wax to further reduce the water swelling rate and the amount of formaldehyde released.
