This month, a new short-cycle hot pressing machine was delivered and installed at our Changzhou plant (No. 1 Xingdong Road, Qinxin Village, Yaoguan Town). It is now in the commissioning phase and will soon run full-time on our laminate and aqua flooring lines, with lamination support for SPC orders.

Why a hot press matters in flooring

In laminate production, the hot press is where the panel is actually born. The HDF core, décor paper, aluminum-oxide overlay and balance paper are stacked and cured under heat + pressure in one synchronized cycle.

That single step decides:
