The development process of laminate flooring
The development process of laminate flooring is a new type of wood laminate flooring that uses artificial board as the base material and is processed by veneer, groove and tongue. It originated in Europe and was developed by Austrian and Swedish particleboard manufacturers in 1985. Adhesive flooring caters to modern fast-paced, relaxed and convenient lifestyles and high-end consumption, and has become an important part of various indoor floor decoration materials.
The reinforced composite floor developed at the initial stage is a three-layer composite structure board with medium-density fiberboard or particleboard as the base material, decorative fireproof board as the surface layer, and balance fireproof board as the bottom layer. Because this kind of reinforced floor needs to adopt high-pressure method or continuous lamination method for hot-pressing and compounding, the hot-pressing pressure is relatively large, so it is rarely used at present.
The new type of laminate flooring that appeared after the 1990s is based on high-density fiberboard, the surface layer is made of wear-resistant paper or transparent paper and printing paper, and the back is a four-layer composite structure board of balanced paper. This kind of laminate floor adopts low-pressure short-period method or direct sub-laminating method for hot-pressing compounding. The lower the hot-pressing pressure, the shorter the hot-pressing cycle. This low-pressure short-period laminate flooring has been widely produced and used at home and abroad, and has a relatively high market share.
The basic structure of laminate flooring is based on high-density fiberboard, medium-density fiberboard or special high-quality particleboard, and the surface glue is pasted with face paper and decorative paper, and the back glue is pasted with balance paper.
