Clean and maintain floors after laying/before use

(1) The first-floor surface dust, and debris removal.

(2) Low-speed cleaning with a floor scrubber plus 3m red abrasive or similar products (diluted with 1∶20 water and then added to the floor scrubber) to remove protective wax, grease, dust, and other dirt from the floor surface; Drain the sewage with a suction machine.

(3) Wash and dry with water.

(4) SPC flooring supplier recommends, as required, 1-2 layers of high-strength face wax.

Daily cleaning and maintenance

(1) Push dust or vacuum cleaner. The mopping dust agent is dragged on the ground, and the dust is pushed after drying.

(2) Wet tow. If necessary, you can also use a floor scrubber using low-speed cleaning.

Clean and maintain regularly

(1) Push dust or vacuum cleaner.

(2) The floor cleaning and polishing agent is diluted by 1∶20 with water to mop the floor or with the high-speed polishing machine and a red grinding plate for grinding and washing.

(3) 1-2 layers of high-strength face wax.

(4) The SPC flooring supplier recommends a high-speed polishing machine with white pads for polishing as required.

Complete renovation

(1) Push dust or vacuum cleaner.

(2) Use strong dewaxing water diluted 1∶10 and spread evenly on the ground, wait for 5 ~ 10 minutes, then clean and dewax at low speed with a floor scrubber and a red grinding piece. Drain the sewage in time with a suction machine.

(3) Wash and dry with clean water, until the ground does not leave any residual cleaning agent.

(4) Apply 1-2 layers of high-strength face wax as needed.

The treatment of special dirt

(1) Oil pollution: local oil pollution, will be water-based oil remover liquid directly poured on the towel wipe; large areas of oil pollution, will only water-based oil remover by 1:10 dilution, low-speed cleaning with a floor scrubber plus red abrasive.

(2)Black Offsctdruckereien: with spray-cleaning wax with the high-speed polishing machine and white polishing pad polishing process. For a longer period of time, can be strong black offset printing remover poured directly on the towel wipe.

(3) Gum or chewing gum: use a professional strong glue remover directly poured on the towel and wipe away.
